How to fix the front bumper on a Chevy Cavalier?

I was in a very small wreck. I hit a station wagon while i was pulling out of a parking lot. The only damage that was done was it tore off half of the bumper. Since it is plastic, very cheaply made, what happened was that the holes that the bolts should be in tore. So now i cant put the bolts back in because it wont hold on the bumper. Is there anything i can use to fix this, because i really dont have the money to buy a new bumper. Thanks.|||A new fangled thing called washers.
