I have clear bumper lights i want to install, but I am not sure how to change them?
Do i have to remove the bumper?|||If you look to the inside edge of the lamp you will see a phillips screw ( get a flashlight ) loosen it (it will not come out all the way) and move it side to side and that will release it from the bumper. The bumper can stay on the car.
