How hard is it to replace a rear bumper on an '05 Ford Freestyle?

I have the new bumper and trim piece that goes under it. It looks like it just clips on but do I need to go to a body shop? I figure if I try to do it myself, the old bumper is already broken (hence the need for a new one) so if I break it worse, no big deal.|||Put it on yourself then take it off have it painted then put it back on
