How do I remove the rear bumper cover on a 1997 Mercury Tracer?

My car was hit while i was in Walmart and the rear bumper cover was damaged. How do I remove just the cover? Or do I need to take the entire bumper off to take the bumper cover off?|||You have to ask an auto-body shop. Your best bet is to go to your city junk yard and take one off of another car that is the same color. It has to be the same color because nothing is as good as the original paint and having it painted is going to cost like $1,000.
