The bumper is painted black and it's on a commercial vehicle. The paint is starting to chip and it's rusting in those spots. Is there a spray or something that I can put on there to slow down this process?|||Use RustSeal by KBS Coatings. Like POR, but advanced technology. Their System Sampler Kit is about $17 and includes a metal cleaner, metal prep %26amp; enough paint to cover a 12 sq ft area with 2 coats.

Its quite expensive though. $40 per pint
