How can you remove an old bumper sticker from a car with no mess?

I am about to buy a used car that has an old bumper sticker on it. I can tell it is going to be hard to get off because it is one of those glittery stickers that break into a million pieces when you try to remove them.

Do you have any advice on how to get it off? Thanks in advance.|||If it isn't to brittle you can try using a heat gun to soften the adhesive and peel it off that way. Also 3M makes an item called a pinstriping eraser that might take it off too. Part number for that is 07498. It is big rubber wheel that will peel of striping with out damaging the paint if you are careful.|||nail varnish remover or a hair dryer|||Hair dryer to heat it up and WD-40 to get the adhasive residue off.|||Charcoal starter fluid. (don't light it, just rub with cloth.)
