How do you fix a cracked car bumper?

Is there a special glue available to attach the bumper to its original shape?|||3m makes a patch kit for the back side. There is a special adhesive for plastic bumpers that is also made by 3m. Expect to pay about $45.00 for the repair stuff. It isn't a job for beginners, some cracks can't be fixed due to size or location.
