How do you remove the front bumper from an Infiniti I30 1996 model?

There's a small dent on my front bumper, it's made of plastic so I was going to use a heat gun to soften it and push the dent out. I'm pretty sure my dad has all the tools, just don't know how to remove the bumper. Thanks for the help.|||You don't take to body shop to fix, skin on bumper has to be removed to fill foam behind, The problem is the air bag sensors if not disabled correctly to do the work they may deploy and that's expensive. There is a special sequence to disable and also involves you being grounded to vehicle.
