How much will it cost to replace a front bumper on a 2002 Honda Accord?

I barrowed my roommates car and I hit one of those cement things at gas stations by the pump and now I have to pay to fix it! I want to expect the worst which would be replacing the bumper all together! =(|||new bumper from Honda, the bumper cover, labor to install it, and paint it, about 2 grand|||if it's just the cover, $400 for an aftermarket part, up to $800 for a factory part.
