How do i fix a hole in the bumper of a slip n slide?

My daughter got a slip n slid and loves it more then anything. But the bumper (end of the slide) has a hole.So now the water at the side is really low and the bumper has a water wall that will not work sense it has a hole. The bumper fills up with water,so now it wont fill up. I really don't know how to fix it. Any advise?|||they actually make a plastic welding kit. Trying to see if I can remember but I think it is harbor freight that sells the kit. Harbored.com|||get a tube of "GOOP" marine grade. use it later to fix future holes.
