How can I remove 94 blazer front bumper with stripped bolts?

I am replacing a front bumper on a 94 blazer but the square cutouts in the bumper are not holding the bolts in place because the bolts are stripped. Is there some way i can hold the end of the bolts in place? What should I do?|||Cut the heads off with a carbide wheel.|||If you go to Sears they sell a "Nut Buster or "Nut splitter". Use that to split the nuts so that they come off easily. You'll have to buy new bolts and nuts but sounds like you already need new ones anyway. I've owned nut busters since the early 60's and have found them invaluable on bumper replacements.
