What should I do painting back bumper question?

Hi I just ding my back bumper.... and am now planning to get it paint is it a good time to buy a back bumper skirt for my car and get it painted at the same time? Or just paint the bumper?|||If you want to paint, get the skirt too %26amp; you'll get a beter match.
