How do I replace rear bumper of mitsubishi galant 99?

Where can I find detailed instructions on how to replace the rear bumper of a mitsubishi galant 1999? Or does a body tech have to do it? If so, how much will it cost me for labor and part?|||just climb under it and take out the bolts that hold it on then adjust the new one to fit
